CAROLINE RUSSELL

GENERAL COUNSEL

Caroline qualified as a solicitor in 2002, having undertaken her training contract with Halliwells. Prior to joining the ExamWorks UK family, Caroline was an Associate Solicitor in the corporate team of DLA Piper. She advised a variety of corporate and commercial transactions, including, M&A, private equity, raising finance, banking work and flotations. 

Caroline joined ExamWorks UK in 2009, became Group Counsel in 2015 and then Head of Compliance in 2017.

In her current role, Caroline manages a team of 10 across the UK taking responsibility for all legal, regulatory and compliance matters in addition to supporting on unique projects, for example, acquisitions.

Caroline has an MA in Philosophy from the University of Edinburgh and completed her Graduate Diploma in Law at the Chester College of Law.
